Blizzard Bag 2

Happy 10 day vacation!  First, I hope everyone had a thankful holiday. Second, please view these videos, email me with clarifying questions and take notes! I will not accept the excuse that you do not understand without the effort of an email with a clarifying question AND notes taken.

This first video only view it until the three (3) minute mark (unless you want to view the whole thing).  The last few minutes is not as interesting to me as the beginning.  When taking notes explain what exponential growth is and where it is used/seen. Take notes!

The second video I want you to watch the whole thing through and take notes.  I repeat, take notes. I repeat, take notes.  Then try doing this worksheet  problems 1-22. I will not accept the excuse that you do not understand! You must email me during the day with a clarifying question.

If you don't have a printer, then copy the problem down but only do to problem number 22.  Have a great extra day off and enjoy the nice long break.

Be kind!

Blizzard Bag 1

Please view this video on sum and difference of cubes.  This is a topic that will be present on your final exam.  Please do all the problems from this worksheet .  If printer doesn't work, copy problems down and turn them in the next school day.  Email me or post here if you are having difficulty with the document or the topic.

If you do not have internet, well you wouldn't be reading this, but in case you have friends in this situation, please tell them to read from the textbook pages 345 & 346 on sum and difference of cubes and do page 348 # 27-46, 50-55 .  This is due on the next school day.

Blizzard Bag 3

Do the following  worksheets on domain and range, graphing lines and composition  of functions.  For graphing lines, be sure to have a table of values.  If you were not in class on Tuesday, composition of functions will be difficult.  View this video and take notes to help.  This teacher is a bit unusual but I thought he was funny.

Function Game

Pick a person to play against.  Start with the lower amounts of jeopardy and work your way up to the highest amount.  Have fun!  Game.
